Demolition of structures such as sheds, carports, Outdoor laundries & toilets or similar built elements. We handle dismantling, waste removal and clean up to ensure the area is left tidy and ready for the next stage of works. Prices start from $950 depending on size, construction type and access.
Commercial Defits & StripOuts
Professional commercial defits including removal of fixtures, fittings, partitions, flooring, ceilings, signage. we ensure your space is stripped back to the required handover standard, including waste removal and a full site clean. Commercial defit services start from $2500.
Concrete cuttings and Tile Removal
Tile removal and concrete cutting services for renovations, upgrades and structural preparation. this includes removal of tiles adhesive and screed where required. Please note a minimum charge applies when this service is booked as a stand alone service. Concrete: $35 per m2 Tile: $40 per m2
Construction Waste removal & Site Cleans
Specialised removal of construction waste, renovation debris, fire damaged materials and flood affected homes. Ideal for make safes, insurance jobs and post demolition or disaster clean ups. Pricing starts at $900.
